The Estate Companies (EIG), has completed its latest waterfront project, Soleste NoMi Beach, a 685,957-square-foot, 23-story luxury rental community. The project, located directly on Biscayne Bay at 16395 Biscayne Blvd. in North Miami Beach, features 367 luxury rental units complimented by 4,460 square feet of indoor and outdoor commercial space.
The Estate Cos. has completed the 23-story Soleste NoMi Beach apartments along Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach.
Located on 1.78 acres at 16395 Biscayne Blvd., the project features 367 apartments and 4,460 square feet of commercial space. Uma Cantina Peruana, a Peruvian restaurant, will occupy the commercial level.
South Miami-based the Estate Cos. broke ground on the apartments in 2021 with its in-house general contractor. Miami-based Form Group is the architect.
The apartment ranges from 700 square feet with one bedroom to 1,230 square feet with three bedrooms. Rent starts at $2,710.
Soleste NoMi Beach has a wide range of amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, a putting green, a waterfront promenade along the bay, a pool deck, a Zen suite with a sauna and steam room, a coworking space, a social club, a gaming lounge, a movie room, a podcast studio, a rooftop lounge with a summer kitchen and dining area, a kids play room, and a pet spa.
The Estate Cos. is one of the largest multifamily developers in South Florida, with more than 4,000 units completed or in its pipeline. In fact, the company obtained a construction loan for the neighboring Soleste on the Bay apartments in 2023.
