One-hundred and seven newly-constructed condominiums, single-family homes, and townhouse units were developed in Homestead, Florida. The properties were purchased from Caribe Homes and are located within four planned communities in the Oasis and Vineyards communities. The asset was successfully disposed of in the Fall of 2012.
